1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why
- Email verification (to unlock the application link on job listings): email address, first name, surname, optional phone number. Basis: your consent.
- Job submissions, ad enquiries and contact form: the details you type in (name, email, company, role, message). Basis: your request / our legitimate interest in answering it.
- Server logs (IP address, browser type), kept by our host for security. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): pages viewed and device/browser information, only if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. Basis: your consent.
3. Who processes it
Airtable (data storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending verification emails) and, with your consent, Google (analytics). Some of these are based in the US and rely on standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data.
4. Cookies
A strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in after email verification. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them; you can decline, and your choice is remembered on your device.
5. How long we keep it
Job listings are removed after 30 days. Account and contact data is kept until you ask us to delete it — you can also delete your account yourself from the Account page.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. You may also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.lu) or your local authority.
