XCEED is hiring a Frontend Staff Engineer to lead frontend architecture across its React apps, embeddable widgets and Next.js App Router application, while staying hands-on in delivery.
About the role
You set frontend standards, drive core tooling and CI/CD, and mentor engineers, with a focus on performance, accessibility (WCAG) and Core Web Vitals.
What you will do
- Own frontend architecture across React apps, embeddable widgets and a Next.js App Router app.
- Improve core tooling and CI/CD.
- Stay hands-on in delivery.
- Define frontend standards and lead code review.
- Drive performance, WCAG accessibility and Core Web Vitals.
- Mentor other engineers.
The skills you bring
- 8+ years of experience.
- Deep TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind and TanStack Query.
- Vite and CI with GitHub Actions and Playwright.
- Bonus: federated design systems, open source, web security, WASM/WebGL.
