About the Role
UMG's Infrastructure Engineering Team is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to take technical ownership of infrastructure and AV projects, with a strong focus on enterprise AV deployment and migrations across UMG's global offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate AV upgrades and deployments with local partners and vendors
- Own UMG's Office AV strategy and direction
- Develop and implement migration plans for AV systems
- Develop and maintain Office AV standards, configuration guides and knowledge-base articles
- Physically install AV and conference equipment to support global standards
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and UMG IT, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
Requirements
- Strong technical experience in enterprise AV deployment and migrations
- Ability to develop and maintain configuration guides and standards documentation
- Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
