About the Role
UMG's Rights Product & Services Team is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in modern .NET and React to join the Rights engineering team as a senior individual contributor, shaping technical direction and mentoring other engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality software on the Rights platform
- Work closely with the Technical Lead to shape technical decisions and drive engineering excellence
- Lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions where appropriate
- Mentor other engineers and act as a technical point of contact when needed
- Help evolve the platform from legacy systems towards modern cloud-native architectures
Requirements
- Extensive commercial experience developing applications using .NET and React
- Comfortable navigating complex legacy systems while driving modernisation
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
