About the Role
UMG's Royalty and Copyright Product Team is seeking a Senior Developer to design and maintain backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core on AWS, with a strong focus on serverless architectures and event-driven systems using Kafka / AWS MSK, plus modern web UIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Develop modern web UIs (React / Angular / TypeScript) and integrate with backend services
- Develop and support AWS serverless solutions and event-driven architectures using Kafka
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to build, deploy and run containerised services
- Contribute to scalable, secure cloud architectures and enhance CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core for backend development
- Proven experience building solutions on AWS with Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
