About the Role
UMPG is seeking a Senior UK Data Analyst to ensure fast and accurate royalty accounting to songwriters and partners, reporting to the Senior Manager UK Royalty and Customer Service, with a focus on maximising collections and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead UK royalty business reporting and analytics function
- Develop and deliver a suite of business analysis reports
- Conduct proactive contract monitoring to ensure global collections are maximised
- Operate the UK income tracking process, including reviews and gap analysis
- Support the Audit function with reporting and analytics
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in music or media industries
- Proven expertise in data manipulation, statistical analysis and visualisation (Excel, Power BI, DOMO)
- Understanding of music publishing income streams including CMOs, PROs and DSPs
