About the Role
The Abbey Road Studios gift shop is seeking a Sales Assistant to promote its iconic brand, curate the customer experience and offer international fans a unique insight into the studios' past, present and future. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Help and advise customers to select products suited to their needs, driving sales and add-on purchases
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Demonstrate passion for the studios, communicating their history to enhance customer experience
- Ensure retail spaces are presented and merchandised to a high standard
- Support daily opening, closing and reporting procedures, and process transactions via EPOS
Requirements
- Customer service experience in a retail environment
- Passion for music and Abbey Road Studios' heritage
- Reliable, well-presented and target-driven
