Universal Music is hiring a Product Designer Collaboration Platform in Berlin, Germany. This is a contract, hybrid position in Design, Content & Visuals at mid-level level. Applications are open until 27 October 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Design an internal tool for Universal Music Group teams to plan, manage, and collaborate on music releases
- Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and senior designers to identify user needs
- Execute full design cycle: workflow mapping, concept exploration, prototyping, user testing, high-fidelity design
- Contribute to design language ecosystems ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms
- Explore and implement AI tools thoughtfully within design processes
Requirements
- 3+ years designing digital products, particularly internal tools, SaaS, or complex workflows
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, and visual design capability
- Proficiency in interface design, layout, typography, information architecture, and interaction patterns
- Design systems experience with component usage and contribution abilities
- Interest in AI and emerging design methodologies
Languages Required: English (fluent); German preferred
Desired Qualities: Collaborative, clear communicator, curious, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, open to feedback, organized and adaptable.
