About the Role
UMG's Royalty and Copyright Product Team is seeking a Lead Developer to design and maintain backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core on AWS, with a strong focus on serverless architectures and event-driven systems using Kafka / AWS MSK.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Develop AWS serverless solutions and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to build, deploy and run containerised services
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the Royalty development team
- Establish and enforce development guidelines, mentoring the wider team
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and AWS serverless solutions
- Experience with Kafka/AWS MSK, Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
