Head of Creator Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and team development for Creator Marketing initiatives
• Create integrated creator and public figure strategies aligned with artist and campaign goals
• Oversee flagship creator campaigns implemented collaboratively with labels
• Build and expand networks with creators, public figures, management agencies, and talent
• Develop scalable models for clipping and user-generated content campaigns
• Manage complex creator partnerships from selection through negotiation and execution
• Monitor platform dynamics, creator cultures, and digital trends to inform strategy
• Oversee the House of Carmen activation platform for campaign management and reporting
• Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and business impact metrics

Required Qualifications

• Multiple years of creator/influencer marketing experience, preferably in a creative agency with music/media/entertainment background
• Proven track record leading and developing team members
• Established personal network within creator and influencer communities
• Experience developing integrated creator campaigns and managing partnerships
• Deep understanding of platform mechanics, cultural trends, and music/entertainment products
• Data-driven decision-making with performance analytics experience
• Strong leadership, resilience, and strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
