About the Role
UMG's Finance team is seeking a Finance Automation Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and independently deliver automation initiatives that improve efficiency and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and document business requirements
- Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process maps and solution designs
- Design, build, test and deploy automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate and Power Query
- Integrate data from finance systems including SAP ECC, Excel and reporting platforms
- Utilise AI-enabled development tools to accelerate solution delivery
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Query and advanced Excel
- Experience designing and implementing business process automation
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
