Overview
Universal Music seeks an audio-visual engineer to support global media operations, maintaining exceptional aural, visual, and technical attention to detail while managing quality control and technical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee audio, video, and subtitle assets through quality control, archival, and encoding processes
- Edit and review program material for productization and archiving
- Generate and analyze Quality Control documentation with precision
- Coordinate asset management with internal teams and external partners
- Identify and resolve technical workflow issues
- Maintain comprehensive records and database documentation
- Deliver stakeholder support across departments
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in media services, music production, or video post-production
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Pro Tools, and EZTitles
- Advanced expertise in Dolby Atmos and immersive audio formats
- Mac hardware/software troubleshooting capabilities
- Knowledge of legacy video formats and digital asset archival
- Data management experience using Airtable and Excel
- Comprehensive understanding of modern digital supply chains
Languages Required: English (team language; applications must be submitted in English)
