  • Support One World Artists' own digital presence and brand visibility through engaging content and industry-relevant storytelling.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience within the music industry, preferably electronic music (artist management, record labels, agencies, or related environments).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Business, Arts Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.

Skills & competencies

  • Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, streaming analytics, and content tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of music culture, fan behavior, digital trends, and short-form content platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism when working with artists and creative stakeholders.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to work with some of the world's most influential artists and brands in music and entertainment.
  • A key role within the WEAREONE.world ecosystem.
  • A dynamic, creative, and collaborative work environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
