About the Role
Ticketmaster's Microflex App Support team is seeking a Senior Product Solutions Specialist to provide oversight and on-call support for the Microflex ticketing platform across 16+ countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product and technical support for the Microflex ticketing platform
- Participate in on-call rotations covering multiple countries and time zones
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated client and internal issues
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on fixes and improvements
- Document known issues and support processes
Requirements
- Strong experience in a product support or technical solutions role
- Comfortable working across multiple markets and time zones
- Professional English proficiency required
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
