About the Role
Ticketmaster UK's Event Programming team sets up events for all of Ticketmaster's host-based clients across the UK. This 12-month fixed-term Event Programmer role is responsible for setting up new events and special offers for sale across all Ticketmaster sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise bespoke ticketing software to program a variety of ticketing work requests
- Prepare, create, check and maintain simple to medium complexity events and offers
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure events are set up correctly
- Follow rigorous checking procedures and set guidelines for events and offers
- Provide tiered support to other departments at point of on sale
Requirements
- Fast and accurate data entry with an excellent eye for detail
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience learning complex software packages
- Experience in a data-driven, target-driven, fast-paced environment; Ticketmaster systems experience preferable
