About the role
Stim, the Swedish performing-rights society (113,000+ songwriters, composers and publishers), is looking for a Head of National Licensing to lead and modernise its Swedish licensing business. The role combines strategic business responsibility with operational leadership, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and leading team leads across Moving image & Audio, Public venues & Live & Performing arts, and Campaign & Sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and results of Stim's national licensing business
- Develop customer, pricing and sales strategies
- Lead sales and campaigns towards mass-market and large strategic customers
- Build data-driven, scalable ways of working with CRM, marketing automation and AI tools
- Own strategic customer relationships and complex commercial negotiations
- Coach and develop team leads
About you
- Several years of commercial leadership with clear results responsibility
- Complex B2B sales, business development and negotiation experience
- Change management and data-driven go-to-market experience
- Experience from media, music, tech, streaming or telecom is an advantage
