Spotify's Propositions team is responsible for what we offer and how we package it — the plans, tiers, and propositions that shape how hundreds of millions of people experience and pay for Spotify.

What You'll Do

Develop new proposition opportunities and evolve existing subscription tiers
Own the full journey from initial hypothesis to executive recommendation
Build and stress-test business cases accounting for licensing and market dynamics
Identify and quantify potential cannibalization across existing tiers
Partner closely with Finance, Product, Legal, Strategy, and Market teams
Monitor competitive, consumer, and macroeconomic developments
Turn complex analysis into clear choices for senior leaders

Who You Are

Experience in product strategy, management consulting, or business development
Comfortable building complex financial models and scenario analysis
Understanding of high-growth consumer markets across geographies
Ability to translate trade-offs into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences
Effective cross-functional collaboration and constructive challenge
Balance of analytical rigor with sound judgment
