Spotify is looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to serve as the dedicated finance partner for our Distribution Partnerships team, building the financial foundations that help shape partnership decisions.
What You'll Do
- Lead business case development for Distribution Partnerships by building investment models that combine subscriber forecasts, partnership economics, and full P&L impact.
- Develop financial frameworks that evaluate new and existing partnerships, including lifetime value and ROI.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve reporting for the partnership portfolio.
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategy & Analytics, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role.
- You have experience building sophisticated financial models and performing scenario analysis.
- You are comfortable working with large datasets; SQL experience preferred.
Where You'll Be
- For this role, the preferred locations are Stockholm or London.
