Splice is seeking a Corporate Development Contractor (3-6 month contract) to support M&A strategy and corporate initiatives, combining strategic market thinking with operational business rigor.

M&A Activities

Support active transactions: origination, research, pipeline management, valuation, due diligence and integration planning
Lead early-stage opportunity assessment with market analysis and financial modeling
Partner with Finance and Legal teams on deal execution

Strategic & Market Work

Monitor competitive activity and industry trends
Deliver competitive intelligence and market research
Analyze business opportunities and conduct buy/build/partner evaluations
Present insights to leadership

Requirements

6+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or consulting with direct M&A execution
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Due diligence and deal structuring experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple workstreams independently
