About the role
Shotgun is a leading platform for live music event organisers and touring artists. As Customer Care Coordinator in the Lisbon team you are the first point of contact for users, from ticket purchase to event day.
Responsibilities
- Understand user requests and answer quickly within the terms and conditions
- Identify recurring issues and propose solutions (automation, macros, shortcuts)
- Pass customer feedback to tech, product, production and logistics teams
- Improve FAQ, refund policy and customer-experience processes
- Work with international teams
About you
- Fluent in French and Portuguese, good English
- Empathetic, structured and autonomous; first customer-service experience not mandatory
