About the role
Lead and develop a team of Project Managers at PRS for Music and provide oversight and assurance across a portfolio of change and technology-enabled projects. A people-leadership, delivery-oversight and assurance role.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Project Managers and build a capable, delivery-focused community
- Apply agile practices to deliver outcomes for members, customers and colleagues
- Oversee the health of delivery initiatives and act as escalation point
- Assess demand, capacity and capability and recommend actions
- Work with the Enterprise PMO to maintain delivery standards, controls and tools
About you
- Significant experience leading Project Managers and overseeing a portfolio of complex projects
Working model: hybrid, up to 3 days a week from home. London.
