About the role
Join PRS for Music's Transformation team and manage end-to-end delivery of projects within its change portfolio (systems, process and people change).
Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders across sponsors, business SMEs, technical teams and suppliers
- Maintain accurate plans and timely updates using Agile, adapting to waterfall or hybrid where needed
- Identify blockers and act on them or recommend solutions
- Continuously improve delivery methodology, including with AI tools
About you
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ownership of projects and ideas
- Demonstrable Agile delivery experience, with ability to navigate waterfall
Working model: hybrid, up to 3 days a week from home. London.
