About the role
Muse Group (MuseScore, Audacity, Ultimate Guitar, Hal Leonard) is looking for a strong HR Business Partner in Cyprus to work with business leaders on organisation design, talent management, workforce planning and leadership effectiveness, going beyond traditional HR support to drive business outcomes.
About you
- 4+ years as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Experience in org design, succession planning and performance management cycles
- Strong coaching skills for senior managers and department heads, including complex employee-relations cases
- Comfortable with people data and analytics; familiar with AI tools for HR analysis
- Experience leading or supporting organisational change
- Upper-intermediate English
