About the Role
Paid ads are how people convert on Mozart, and this role decides what that creative is — researching what users want, turning it into ad concepts, writing briefs, and running the creators and agencies producing ads across Meta and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Research users and trends on Instagram/TikTok to find new ad angles, hooks and use cases
- Turn research into new ad concepts every week and write briefs creators/agencies can shoot without questions
- Build the Mozart creative engine and a creator network that ships ads at volume
- Own the relationship with creative agencies, judging their work on conversion
- Shoot, edit and multiply ads yourself when needed same-day
- Read hook rate, hold rate and CPA weekly to decide next concepts
Requirements
- Track record running paid social creative on Meta and TikTok that scaled, with numbers to show
- Strong understanding of direct-response creative (audiences, angles, hooks)
- Able to write actionable briefs and make ads yourself (phone-shot, CapCut/After Effects, AI tools)
- Lives on Instagram/TikTok and spots trends early
- Comfortable using AI agents to automate repetitive parts of the job
Details
In-person role, 5 days/week from Mozart AI's Central London office. Right to work in the UK preferred; visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates, with relocation support to London. Significant equity offered.
