About the Role
Be the founder of Mozart's next big product. Working directly with the CEO, find new ways for people to make and listen to music together, prove demand before writing code, then build, ship and grow it yourself — no PM, no handoffs.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn ideas for collaborative music creation/listening into sharp product bets
- Prove demand before building (ads, landing pages, prototypes)
- Build the product end to end, design and code, and put it in front of real users in days
- Bring your own users: make the ads, creatives and channels for your product
- Measure retention (L30 etc.) from day one and iterate or kill fast
- Work directly with the CEO
Requirements
- Track record building and shipping consumer products people genuinely loved
- Strong design taste; ships polished work without waiting for a designer
- Understanding of consumer growth channels, loops, sharing and virality
- Fluent in retention curves (D1, D7, D30, L30)
- Full-stack coding ability, shipping to production independently
Details
In-person role from Mozart AI's Central London office. Right to work in the UK preferred; visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates, with relocation support to London. Significant equity offered.
