About the Role

Define what Mozart looks like, sounds like, and feels like across every surface — product, landing pages, ads, emails and social — and turn it into a design system complete enough that anyone, including AI coding agents, can ship on-brand work.

Key Responsibilities

Define the consumer brand: identity, typography, colour, illustration, voice and motion
Own how the product looks, feels and navigates end to end
Build the design system in Figma and in code (tokens, primitives, components, patterns)
Own lifecycle communications: in-app moments, notifications, email
Own the landing page design and copy, tested and iterated to convert
Set the design standard for marketing assets and social presence
Prototype quickly and treat every design as a testable hypothesis

Requirements

Figma expert able to build full interactive prototypes
Track record shipping real consumer brand identities and design systems engineers actually used
Strong consumer product sense and ability to write copy as part of design
Comfortable designing across every surface: ads, email, app store, social
Data-driven, tying design decisions to cohort metrics

Details

In-person role, 5 days/week from Mozart AI's Central London office. Right to work in the UK preferred; visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates, with relocation support to London. Significant equity offered.
