About the Role

Mirelo AI is building the next generation of creative tools by generating realistic sound, speech and music from video. You'll join a small, fast-moving team building real products on top of Mirelo's generative audio models, shipping end-to-end features across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain products on top of Mirelo's cutting-edge generative AI models for music and sound
Take high ownership: ship end-to-end features across front and back ends, and help set the direction of features and products
Collaborate closely with research and growth/sales teams, staying close to users to identify pain points and turn them into engineering tasks
Work with the current tech stack: TypeScript, React, Tailwind, shadcn, and Convex as the backend
Work with cloud services, primarily AWS Lambda and S3, for integrations, automation and deployment
Use modern AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to move fast while keeping craftsmanship high

Requirements

5+ years of professional web development experience, preferably in fast-moving product or startup environments
Strong expertise in TypeScript (frontend and backend), React, Tailwind, and component libraries
Solid understanding of backend fundamentals: data modeling, migrations, performance, API design, security and data workflow
Self-directed, proactive, and able to keep the team in the loop
