About the Role
As Mirelo AI's first hire focused on community, you'll be the voice of Mirelo — running day-to-day community operations and creator content, and building relationships with creators, filmmakers and game developers while designing systems that turn users into advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own DMs and creator comms end-to-end across primary channels (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Run regular outreach and activation loops; ideate strategies to grow and activate the user base
- Build workflows, templates and processes to scale community operations while maintaining authenticity
- Design ambassador programs, creator spotlights and loyalty initiatives
- Produce engaging content (posts, videos, user showcases)
- Track engagement and retention metrics and iterate based on data and feedback
Requirements
- Genuine curiosity about AI and creativity; action-oriented and clear communicator
- Entrepreneurial generalist, scrappy and independent
- Platform-native: fluent in X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord
- Organised, proactive, able to juggle multiple workflows
- Proven experience growing or running a community, channel, or creator program
