About the Role
MCD Productions, Ireland's leading live entertainment promoter (ranked in the global top 15 by Pollstar) and promoter of festivals including Longitude and Vital, is seeking a Ticketing Assistant to support show setup and ticket operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ticket sales reports and manifests
- Assist with venue maps and seating configurations
- Support show setup and pricing in ticketing systems
- Manage ticket holds and allocations
- Liaise with promoters and venues on ticketing requirements
Requirements
- Interest in live events and ticketing operations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
- Ability to work to tight deadlines around on-sales
