Overview

The Integration Manager will define how systems, data, and digital capabilities come together across Marshall Group, owning the integration strategy and platform.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and advance the organization-wide integration strategy and roadmap
Manage and enhance the Azure integration platform, emphasizing scalability, stability, and security
Create, lead, and develop an integration team including nearshore personnel
Guarantee dependable data flows across critical business systems
Create standards for integration design, oversight, governance, and regulatory adherence

Required Qualifications

Practical expertise with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management)
Background working with integrations, preferably in team or platform contexts
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise data flows

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing distributed or nearshore teams
Familiarity with data platforms, business intelligence, or AI initiatives
Prior supervisory experience
Knowledge of ERP, eCommerce, or PIM systems
