About the Role
Live Nation Ireland is seeking a Director of Venue Operations to drive operational excellence across its Irish venue portfolio, including 3Arena, Bord Gáis Energy Theatre, 3Olympia Theatre, Gaiety Theatre and Ambassador Theatre, ranging from 1,000 to 14,000 capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support General Managers across the Irish venue portfolio
- Oversee financial and commercial performance of each venue
- Drive operational best practice and standards across venues
- Act as senior point of contact for promoters and stakeholders on venue operations
- Support strategic planning and growth initiatives for the venue portfolio
Requirements
- Extensive senior leadership experience in venue or live event operations
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Proven track record managing multi-site teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
