About the Role

Fourvenues is a B2B technology platform for the nightlife and entertainment industry, offering ticketing, guest lists, POS, reservations, capacity tracking and CRM tools. The Global Finance Director will redesign the company's financial infrastructure and lead the finance strategy as revenue grows from €12 million to more than €50 million, building and leading a combined finance and legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Advise the CEO and Board on strategy and long-term value creation
Lead FP&A, budgeting and forecasting
Manage capital allocation and investment frameworks
Lead fundraising, venture debt and investor relations
Own payments economics and processor relationships
Oversee treasury, liquidity and banking
Support international expansion, including the US
Manage finance systems (NetSuite), compliance and internal controls
Coordinate with the legal team on corporate structure and agreements

Requirements

Senior strategic finance or FP&A experience in SaaS or high-growth B2B
Fundraising track record
Payments or treasury expertise
Multi-jurisdiction tax and compliance knowledge
Experience building finance teams
Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
