About the Role

FourFour Digital is a creative digital agency working with artists including Sammy Virji, Overmono, Jamie T and Sam Fender. The Junior Social Creative will support the hands-on creative production behind the roster's digital and social campaigns, turning raw footage, photography and assets into short-form content ready to post.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) from tour, studio and press footage
Create graphics and still-image content (carousels, cover art crops, static posts)
Add on-screen text, captions/subtitles and simple motion graphics
Organise and maintain asset banks and file structures across campaigns
Occasionally attend shows and shoots to capture social-first, behind-the-scenes content
Support Campaign Managers with day-to-day creative execution across several artist accounts

Requirements

Some hands-on experience editing video and creating social-first content
Comfortable with editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects) and graphics tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva)
Confident shooting content yourself on the day (phone-first capture)
A sharp, current eye for what performs in short-form social

Details

Full-time, office-based preferred (5 days), open to hybrid for the right candidate
Contract: Permanent, subject to a 3-month probation period
