As a Senior Agentic NetSuite Developer, you will play a crucial role in the Financial Systems team that owns the systems running Epidemic Sound's financial backbone. You will set the technical direction for the NetSuite platform, lead the architecture that connects it to the rest of the business, and shape how AI and agentic tooling change the way ERP work gets done. This role drives modernisation of the ERP platform and integration landscape, working closely with a small, senior team of ERP, CRM and Data engineers, plus Finance (Accounting, FP&A, Controlling), Procurement and external implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the NetSuite platform and AI strategy, directing AI-assisted development and maintaining a point of view on which of NetSuite's AI capabilities and third-party agentic tools to adopt
Design agentic workflows where AI handles repetitive financial processes — reconciliations, approvals, data routing — with appropriate human oversight
Lead integration architecture across NetSuite and adjacent systems, acting as technical lead and quality reviewer for AI-generated scripts, integrations and automations
Drive compliance and continuous improvement using AI-assisted analysis to surface data integrity issues, audit risks and optimisation opportunities
Provide technical mentorship, support training materials, and help grow the Tech team through interviewing and onboarding

Requirements

At least 6 years of hands-on ERP experience with strong NetSuite expertise across configuration, SuiteScript, workflows and integrations
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Information Technology or a related field
An agentic development mindset, with real experience reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs
Deep knowledge of financial processes and ERP architecture
Strong project leadership and stakeholder communication skills
