PlentyLabs, part of Epidemic Group, is looking for a Product Lead to own the product roadmap of its AI-powered collaborative canvas and give design and engineering one clear direction to build towards. The role is hybrid in Stockholm and reports to the COO.
About PlentyLabs
PlentyLabs is an AI-powered collaborative canvas where creative teams make images, video, music and voice in one place. It pairs every leading generative model with built-in design tools, editable layers, brand kits and an AI agent, so a team can go from first idea to a finished set of assets in every format and language without switching tools. A Swedish company, it has been part of Epidemic Sound since April 2026.
The role
As a Product Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping PlentyLabs: you will execute the product roadmap and build a shared way of deciding what the team builds next, together with customers, design and engineering. You will join a senior, collaborative team and take over product decisions from the founders. You will report to the COO and work closely with the whole team, including the CTO, a front-end developer and a product designer, as well as marketing and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, strategy and roadmap for PlentyLabs to drive both customer value and business growth.
- Set up a simple, shared way of prioritizing work and planning sprints, ensuring smooth delivery, clarity and focus across the team.
- Build a regular feedback loop with creative teams, marketing and users, turning insights into actionable product decisions.
- Define and track key performance metrics, such as retention and content exports, to measure success and iterate continuously.
- Support and guide the product designer and front-end developer with clear scope, while working closely with the CTO on technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership to align on business direction and lead the future scaling of the product.
Requirements
- Product and team leadership: you have led software products, ideally creative tools or AI, and guided designers and engineers with clear scopes and constructive feedback.
- A designer's eye: you are highly proficient in Figma and have a strong instinct for intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Sharp prioritization and business sense: you use data and user feedback to make hard trade-offs, build focused roadmaps and connect product outcomes to business impact. You are comfortable saying no.
- Technical fluency: you have worked closely with engineers on technical choices, including AI models and API integrations.
- Customer obsession: you start with user needs and turn insights into practical product solutions.
- AI curiosity: you use AI tools in your daily work and keep exploring how technology can unlock creativity.
- A co-creator's mindset: you value different perspectives, lift other people's work and bring out the best in the team.
It would be music to our ears if you
- Have worked in a fast-growing tech company.
- Have experience from a creative or AI software business.
