Deezer is looking for a highly motivated CRM Engagement Apprentice to develop tailored CRM campaigns supporting engagement initiatives, driving end-to-end processes to deliver innovative, personalised communications across all channels, working closely with Marketing, Editorial, Artist Relations, Data and Copywriting/Graphic Design.

What You Will Do

Ideate and execute CRM campaigns to boost engagement, leveraging music content, owning development end-to-end including reporting to stakeholders
Work closely with different teams across the organisation to ensure successful execution of CRM campaigns and alignment with company objectives
Be data-driven: back up decisions with a rigorous data-driven approach
Monitor, analyse and report on CRM performance metrics, and communicate learnings to stakeholders
Find new and innovative ways to engage users, effectively using the channel mix
Support ideating, creating and iterating CRM ongoing automations with a focus on A/B testing

Qualifications

Genuine enthusiasm for customers, a data-driven approach, and a critical and creative mindset, with experience in project management and/or digital marketing
Strong sense of ownership with a proactive mindset
A real team player spirit, enjoys working within an international team
Knowledge of CRM platforms (ideally Braze)
Working proficiency in English
Passion for music and understanding of the streaming industry is a plus
