Reporting To: Associate HR Director EMEA

The Role

Lead the people agenda for Italian operations: Sonus faber in Arcugnano and De Santi in San Martino di Lupari, combining business partnering with hands-on HR operations across two legal entities.

What You Will Do — Partnering with the Business

Advise Italian leadership on organisation design, workforce planning, capability building and succession
Support and coach managers on feedback, performance, absence and team development
Deliver group-wide cycles locally (performance/salary review, engagement, talent review)
Manage employee relations cases end to end
Partner with hiring managers on recruitment for craft, engineering and commercial roles
Work with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (talent acquisition, reward, L&D)
Contribute to alignment of group HR standards following the Bose acquisition

Owning HR Operations

Run full employee lifecycle administration for both entities (contracts, amendments, transfers, exits, UNILAV)
Manage monthly payroll cycle with external provider
Ensure compliance with Italian labour law, CCNL, INPS/INAIL, TFR, working time rules
Maintain relations with worker representatives and trade unions
Work with H&S function on D.Lgs. 81/2008 obligations
Administer benefits and welfare aziendale
Keep Workday accurate and deliver GDPR-compliant reporting

What You Bring

5+ years HR experience in Italy, business partnering and operations
Solid command of Italian labour law, CCNL, payroll, industrial relations
Fluent Italian and confident professional English
Comfort with hands-on, multi-site remit
Collaborative instinct in international settings
Salary: €52,300-€75,850 (hiring range for Arcugnano location)
