About the Role
Bose is expanding its engineering presence in Lisbon, and quality is foundational to that growth. The QA Manager – Bose Lisbon will grow and lead a high-performing Quality Engineering team validating consumer electronics products (headphones, earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, home theater systems).
What You'll Do — Build & Lead a High-Impact Lisbon QA Team
- Hire, mentor, and grow QA engineers and specialists as Bose expands in Lisbon
- Establish team structure, role clarity, and career development pathways
- Build a team known for technical depth in hardware/software integrated systems and data-driven insights
- Create a culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Establish Strong QA Practices in the Region
- Define and implement QA processes and validation standards
- Ensure high-quality validation of hardware/software integrated products
- Drive risk-based coverage models aligned to customer-impacting workflows
- Ensure tests produce clear pass/fail criteria and actionable artifacts
Partner Closely With: Global engineering and product teams, who retain release ownership while Lisbon QA delivers validation and trustworthy test results.
