Overview
Seeking a Sourcing Specialist fluent in English to support the Procurement Team based in Lisbon, delivering global business services.
You Will
- Support and manage execution of sourcing (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and contracting projects
- Procure high-quality goods and services at favorable terms
- Work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, category managers, Legal and Finance
- Manage contract lifecycle (creation, amendment, termination, renewal, cancellation)
- Understand legal and compliance clauses for contract establishment
- Execute "2 Bids n' Buy" — manage bid proposals, negotiate pricing and business terms
- Manage preferred suppliers (PSL maintenance, guidance, spend analysis)
- Review/process vendor creation requests
- Administer sourcing and contracting projects in Ariba
- Work collaboratively with Category Managers
