Overview

Supports day-to-day EU distribution operations across distribution centers (DCs) and 3PL partners, ensuring reliable service execution, operational accuracy, and cost-aware decision-making across OEM, Retail, DTC, and Professional channels.

Scope & Scale

Regional distribution network with 2 DCs (primarily 3PL-run)
Supports delivery performance across B2B and E-commerce channels
Partners with 3PL operations teams and cross-functional groups (Transportation, Commercial, CX, Finance)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily DC operational activities: receiving, storage, pick/pack/ship
Track performance against KPIs (OTIF, cycle time, accuracy, throughput)
Coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve operational issues and maintain SLA performance
Support readiness for peaks, promotions, and product launches
Identify and escalate service risks early

Cost & Productivity Support

Track and report warehousing and distribution cost drivers
Review productivity metrics and identify efficiency opportunities
Help reduce waste (excess handling, slotting issues, unnecessary split shipments)
Partner with Transportation on process discipline for outbound flows

Network Stability & Capacity

Monitor capacity vs. forecast and flag risks to leadership
Support execution of network adjustments and process improvements
Participate in issue management during disruptions

DTC & Channel Fulfillment Coordination

Support execution of channel-specific service requirements
Balance customer experience expectations with cost considerations
