Believe is hiring a Global Digital Retail Manager in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sales, Partnerships & BizDev at senior level. Applications are open until 28 October 2026.
About the Role
Believe is seeking a Global Digital Retail Manager to lead and support the Group's licence deals and partnerships with Digital Service Providers (DSPs), working closely with the President of Global Digital Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and recommend commercial deal conditions for DSP renewals and new product launches
- Lead Score: Card presentations and discussions with DSP partners
- Work with the data team to develop deal economics and recommended conditions
- Liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Reporting, Finance, Legal and Tax to implement partnerships
- Build relationships with DSP partners to create business development opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Music Licensing/DSP partnerships, with a track record of drafting and negotiating DSP contracts
- Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in English, written and oral
