About the Role

Audiomovers, the innovation engine behind Abbey Road Studios' technology offering, is seeking a Product Specialist to act as a key technical expert across its portfolio, supporting customers through demos, onboarding and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a technical product expert across the Audiomovers portfolio
Troubleshoot customer issues across DAWs, audio routing, networking, studio systems and pro audio hardware
Deliver product demos, technical walkthroughs and onboarding sessions
Create and maintain user guides, setup documentation and knowledge-base content
Capture customer feedback and recurring issues, sharing insights with Product and Marketing
Represent Audiomovers at industry events, trade shows and workshops

Requirements

Deep understanding of professional audio, studios, software and hardware
Practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
Strong communication skills supporting Sales and Customer Success teams
