About the Role
AIAIAI is growing fast and looking for an ambitious finance professional to take overall responsibility for all operations within finance & accounting, reporting directly to the CEO and acting as finance partner to the global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process optimisation, system improvements, controlling, business intelligence and reporting tools
- Act as finance partner to the global team, reporting to the CEO
- Collaborate with key financial stakeholders (investors, banks, auditors)
- Budget and forecast for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Oversee global payroll and international trade
- Oversee accounting, AR/AP, and expense management
- Manage the annual report process
Requirements
- Educational background in accounting or finance
- 5+ years' experience within finance operations
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Business Central
- Advanced user of Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working in an international environment across multiple time zones
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Preferred interest in music, audio and consumer electronics
