About the Role

Manage a portfolio of partnership accounts for brands at The O2 and across AEG's portfolio, such as BST Hyde Park, helping partners get more from their sponsorships and finding new ways to add value. Permanent, 37.5 hours a week; currently on-site 4 days and remote 1 day.

Key Responsibilities

Be the day-to-day contact for partners and agencies and understand their goals
Plan and deliver campaigns on time, on budget and to a high standard
Identify ways to add value and grow partnership revenue
Measure campaign success and recommend improvements
Create presentations, reviews and proposals for partners
Manage budgets, monitor spending and support renewals
Resolve issues and support onboarding of new partners

Requirements

Experience managing sponsorship, partnership or client accounts
Understanding of marketing campaigns, events and brand partnerships
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience juggling multiple projects and stakeholders
Commercial awareness and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
Experience using data to measure results
