About the Role

Manage the security systems and technology at The O2 in London. Permanent, 37.5 hours a week on a Monday to Sunday rota; evening and weekend work is required.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, test and improve security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, communications, screening)
Identify vulnerabilities and threats, lead audits and assurance work
Ensure compliance with data protection and information security rules
Deliver security technology projects from procurement to handover
Manage contractors and suppliers, budgets and forecasting
Support security during events and incidents and contribute to contingency planning
Develop training and work with Security, IT, Building Management and Venue Operations

Requirements

Experience managing security systems in a complex, customer-facing operational setting
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, communications and screening technology
Experience delivering security projects, including procurement, integration and upgrades
Knowledge of asset lifecycle and maintenance planning
Understanding of security governance and assurance
